Lets wait until he wins 2 conf games to declare any improvement

The problem with the way you're assessing things is that you're only looking at a small percentage of the data. Gill's program was a mess all around. Weis had to clean up things like academics, recruiting (not great but getting better), as well as the product on the field.
And the video I posted was just one example of the pathetic team that Gill ran. Historically bad. That team gave up a record 768 yards of offense to Georgia Tech that day. And that was the story of the season. They were allowing teams to score 40-70 points every week. Say what you want about Weis but his teams aren't making history in the way they lose like Gill's teams were.
To me, I think it's hard to say just exactly how bad of shape was the program in and how long should it take to make this program respectable again. I agree that it appears that Weis has not done enough and perhaps isn't the answer. I want to at least see how they perform against the Big 12 this year. If we don't see any progress this year then I will be ready to move on from Weis. But let's at least see what happens. New OC and a very inexperienced QB. I'm hoping they get the offense running a little better than it has looked the first 3 weeks.
