He's asked like 8 questions. He acts like he's the only reporter in the room.

Just heard this.

He said, "fall to 30, too" in reference to his Hutchinson comment.

After CEH I think you need to take his opinion with a grain of salt.

He was asked if he liked CEH.

CEH was a good player.

What a GM is responsible for is more taxing. Not just if CEH is good but are there better RB's on the board?

There were, unfortunately.

"Brett, Mecole didn't show up again. Guess we're going to have to trade for DK now, sorry".

**** it….send them 30 and a 3rd next year for Allen and Shenault. Go DB at 29.

Wonder how much it would take to get Brian Burns from Carolina.

I know it's a joke, but this whole, "Patrick was responsible for us picking CEH!" thing is waaaaaay overblown.

Mahomes didn't scout and he definitely didn't make the selection. And really, the text they said asking him who he'd pick wasn't even asking for his input. It was a "Oh neat, cool, our star QB will like this pick" thing.

Mahomes is not our GM, but he is the franchise, and they shouldn't shy away from letting him take on (reasonable) leadership opportunities that don't go beyond making decisions.

All they're doing here is asking him to report on the guys that are under contract in the offseason work. That's it.
