"You're not a paid professional coach/GM/trainer"etc.

The oldest and most pathetic fallback in the entire history of Chiefs Planet. The predictable, easy way out.
And, the unintentional way of conceding/tapping out.

Thanks Carl.

It's pretty simple what happened. They hit Alex several times, two of them were late penalties, and threw him out of rythym. Same thing happened to Kelce in the playoff game last year. Harrison knocked him on his ass at the LOS and started pissing him off.
You also had guys twisting our players legs after the play was over.

It makes you wonder why our defense doesn't go for Ben's knee one time? Hit guys late and draw a penalty. It's a league full of assholes and we need to start acting like it.

Clearly it helps other defenses.

O.city 10-17-2017 08:08 AM

I do think we need a dog or two on defense. Someone that toes the line of dirty a bit.

I'm not sure dogs on the field would be productive.

But we have Dan S and bad boy tackler peters

I'd like to see the sense of DJ, mixed with the anger of the Hulk, and the willingness to complain about being wronged of Brady.. About 12 of them..

redfan 10-17-2017 08:24 AM

This team isn't good enough to cover Smith's shortcomings.

Peters has the attitude and bark, but when it comes time for the bite he doesn't have it.

Yeah it's tough to do it at corner. I think it needs to be someone in the middle.

Because Sutton has to actually send someone after the QB for them to get close enough to actually be able to touch him, let alone hit him

O.city 10-17-2017 08:48 AM

It's hard to really rush the qb when you're getting gashed be the run like that. I'm no bill Walsh but schematically I'd sit in the base or a bear front and make ben beat me

LOL

Absolutely certain you have this backwards. Smith ain't elite or awesome. Not gonna carry a team too much throughout, but holy shit, the team around him has been so brokedicked with key players throughout the years in games that count the most.

Big Ben had ALL DAY, and a RB churning out 170 yds on the ground. He still tried to give the game away with INTs.

Alex had zero run game, terrible pass pro, and yeah.. he got spooked and jumpy for some of those throws he didn't connect on. Dude's not perfect.. but would have needed to be, while having so many deficiencies surrounding him.

lcarus 10-17-2017 08:58 AM

No one can tell me Mahomes misses some of these surefire TDs that Al has missed fairly often. Im not campaigning for a QB change obviously, but leaving those points off the board is a bitch and a half

O.city 10-17-2017 08:59 AM

Yeah it was a bad performance from Alex. I'm sure he'd agree.

Pitt seems to get in his head. Needs to get over that shit cause inevitably we'll see them again.

Hopefully not until the AFC champ game tho
