His best seasons were with the Eagles/Kelly...18 TD/15 INTs. You arent going to win championships with a 50/50 split. He's an 8-8 QB in Denver...and that's only because of the defense.

And Denver almost missed even being in the playoffs...it took every conceivable lucky bounce and a fortuitous schedule. All the home games were against top teams. They have a #1 schedule with Sanchez this season...

Well for one...Lynch has never taken a snap from center....ever. He's used to standing back there and looking at the defense. Good luck learning that at NFL speed...with complicated defensive schemes. The knock on him is he isn't very good at reading defenses as is...nor is he incredibly bright.

Two...last season, Brock's td/int ratio was 10-6...Sanchez was 4-4.

What justified O'brien giving Brock so much $$ when Brock got benched because he couldn't move the chains when it counted ?? 7 game starter and no real production yet given millions to be a starter. Granted Kelly screwed up the QB market giving Bradford millions which helped Brock but still what justified the Texans interest in Brock when he couldn't produce when it really counted ? What makes Obrien think Brock will be any different in Houston ?? Brock didn't even "flash" in Denver to justify his signing.

Enough flash I suppose.

Denver was an 8-8 team gifted multiple games at the end...let's not pretend they were something different last year. They don't get those calls with out Fivehead on the sidelines.
