Plus, any team trading for him has the leverage of knowing he wants out, and knowing he needs a new deal. |

If Deebo is willing to play for a contract that is comparable to what the Chiefs were originally offering Tyreek, why not make a move for arguably the best available WR? |

With Hill, the Chiefs were willing to make him one of the highest paid WR's.
But that wasn't good enough for Tyreek who wanted to max out and we balked at that. Afterall, Mahomes and Kelce are well paid but probably could have demanded a bit more. I think that annoyed Veach and Reid. |

If he's dealt, I'd think he's going to the AFC or a non-threatening NFC team. |

The 49ers will probably get their best offer from the Jets and it's going to be their 2nd round picks and maybe a little more. |

I mean it's not really lazy. Fill me in if I'm missing something. We have 76 players under contract according to OTC. 53 active roster, 16 practice squad. We're already over 7 spots. I find it hard to believe we're not going to sign a few more veterans, or at least hoping we do. Then 8 draft picks since we're throwing out the 7th rounders. |
