If you want to know where your bourbon comes from this is a good source.

No bourbon tonight, but I wanted to post that I'm having a nice bottle of Glenlivet 12 for new years.

Local Safeway grocery store made an error and was selling single barrel Evan Williams at $12 a bottle. I picked up a few.

It's a cheap but quality daily drinker if you aren't looking to spend a lot.

Only 3 bottles left. One 07 and two 08's. I left an 08.

I went to another Safeway the next day and they had corrected the error.

Not a big Jim Beam fan. However, I am a big fan of Jim Beam apple.

I remember my good friend several years ago bought Crown Royal from the distillery that burned down. They were like $200 a bottle and he picked up 3 bottles. He gave like 7 of us a glass of it. It was good but I thought very much over rated.

I'm drinking Crown Royal rye tonight. I'm usually a beer guy but I have always liked whiskey and/or bourbon whiskey. I tend to crave it more in the winter time. Our local discount liquor (Devlins) has a fifth for $16. They've had that deal for a couple of months now. It's good whiskey for a great price.

Sipping an Old Weller Antique 107 tonight. Smells like red hots, tastes like red hots. Very smooth wheater profile.

Tin cup is not bourbon. It is a blend. It is decent though.
