Shit I dont even know why he is leaving... I am a bad beaker fan right now.

Officialy he is retiring so that he can play more golf. Who knows the real reasons we can only speculate.

So I know there is a tiered system for football. What about in basketball? Is it all equal sharing or what ? KU makes more than anybody else in bball, shouldn't we be in the Top Tier in that.

There is no "tier" system, the system is the same as it always was. It is a weighted system built on TV appearances.

Good point, even though the money doesnt compare, No way we should have to share it with the likes of OU and aTm and such....

Their Bball programs blow to high heaven.

Which is good for KU... They are on TV more than any other Big 12 team...
