This might be the source of the "tier" rumor. (25, 20, 14-17) If true, this is a 1 or 2 year temporary thing, then it'll be based on appearance like before where the football schools can probably expect 17-20, and the others can expect 14-17, with Texas estimated to get another 3-5 from their own network.
