75 games in and we are 39-36. Unless we pick up a bat I expect us to finish around 85-77. That has us much better than anyone expected just 2 weeks ago.

Our division sucks, but our team could win a series or 3 thru superior pitching if our GM has the balls to push for it.

I think the owner at this point would be what prevents the Royals from pulling the trigger on a trade for a big bat.

I wish we could pull the trigger on a trade of owners.

I wish ownership was to blame for our recent issues. It would be easier to deal with this shit. We we pitching well, but can't drive in runs..........yet again.

Want a funny little quirky stat. Guess which team ended both the 1977 and 1994 Royals long winning streaks?

Seattle Mariners.

That would be interesting had they also ended our 10 game streak.

That honor goes to Detroit.

This is for those of you in need of some comic relief and for those of you who may have felt this way after this weekend.

I'm going to take responsibility for the M's sweep. Had I not been in attendance for the entire series, the Royals probably win all 3. My bad..........

I'll be at the game tonight. My first game at the K this year.

So the losing streak has a very good chance of reaching 5.

Harass Greinke, endlessly. TIA

That is true. Just thought it was ironic that both of the other long streaks where ended by the Mariners. Its a #BeRoyal tradition I guess to shit the bed after a long streak against Seattle.

It'd screw up his pitch count, but they should simulate an inning or 2 for him before the game so he's " settled in ".

You know, the most infuriating thing to me about that game Friday is in the 5th inning. If Escobar holds on to the ball on the steal attempt, then Seattle scores ZERO runs instead of 3. And we likely win that game 5-2.

Who knows how the rest of the series goes after that.
