Serious note, I am sorry to hear about your dog. I've got a young short haired border collie and it hurts to even imagine what that day will be like.

Dion Lewis to titans
Avery Williamson to jets |

Damn Dane sorry to hear about that. That’s never easy, and I dread the day it happens to our two dogs.

I walked her 15-20 miles a week for more than 10 years, gave her condroitin, Vitamin E and a Super Vitamin every day, never gave her table scraps or human food and since 2010, a half a pound of carrots to supplement her food each day and regular vet visits, so she lived a great life. I’ll tell ya what fellas: 14.5 years goes by in no time... |

If they can get a good young qb, maybe |
We wouldn't cut Houston. We'd trade him, or potentially ask for restructure.

I’d restructure Allen Bailey, too. Turn his cap hit into a 2 year, $10 million dollar deal. |

Hopefully the Cards :D |

I just don’t want Barkley falling to the Broncos. |

I’ve never heard such screaming and crying in my whole life, much of which was coming from me. But the little girls, man, it was tough. My wife was crying and looked at me and said “I can’t believe this is happening!!!!”. I had a few moments alone with my baby girl before she passed. It didnt make anything easier... |

Raiders meeting with Jordy Nelson
|
Melvin could be a Bouye situation in which he’s really coming into his own now and could be a bit cheaper

Good luck, Gruden. |

EJ Gaines |
I don’t think we sign a CB now like Melvin or Claiborne. I think Amerson was their short term veteran insurance. I suspect they’ll draft someone on day 2 who they think could potentially start in 2018 and beyond.
|
They’ve gotta end up with two of a corner safety and dl
|
I'd be ok with signing Richardson and going CB with the 2nd round pick
|
I'd be good with Gaines (allowed the least YAC in the league last yr), Melvin or Claiborne...And I'd still be good with us drafting a CB day 2. Need a safety too though...Haven't seen us linked to any FA safeties

Every free agent deal that's been talked about so far, the fans of the team losing them say, would have liked to keep them, but not at that price. The prices have gone up across the board.
The chiefs have dropped a lot of coin on guys they want. They have let some guys go that got paid more than anyone thought they would. As long as they hit with the guys they got, i don't care about the price. I'm sure they have a plan about the cap. I hope they don't **** it up, but they have to have a better handle on it than i do. |
Just sign Sheldon and a decent safety
|
Late to it but sorry about your dog Dane.
As for KC, I'd be stunned if they didn't sign Sheldon Richardson. They're in this DL market. Missed on Wilkerson. |
Forgot about Suh. KC could use some of his nastiness and edge
|
Mo Claiborne would be a solid add. When healthy, he is dependable and versatile. The dude is country though - he and Bailey would get along swell.
EJ Gaines excels in zone, is on the small side and is oft-injured. Not a great scheme fit. I like the way Melvin competes, but he may have already peaked and isn’t as athletic as others remaining in the FA class. |
...I'm really missing M Peters about now. :(

The clock is ticking and I believe that the Chiefs are done. I hope I am wrong because we still have holes and depth to fill but I think they feel that they have done more than "expected" at this point. Because, Chiefs. God please let me be wrong and let us get at least 1 or 2 more players before the draft!

Dude. Chiefs will re-sign a lot of their own and add depth signings. Lots of roster turnover yet to come. |

And now at age 31 you can add another adjective... a washed up, overrated, dirty player. |

If the #Raiders land Jordy Nelson, the expectation is Michael Crabree gets released, @GehlkenNFL reports.

I’ve seen way too much stuff lately, even today, about the Chargers or Raiders being AFCW favorites.
****ers have a hard time even beating the Chiefs head to head and yet the back-to-back division champions, with a potentially elite offense, aren’t the favorites? LMAO |
What's the word on Tyrann Mathieu...he's about the age they are looking for. That would be a hell of a safety tandem...

wow just seen that Norwell got $13.3M AAV from the Jags.

One of their biggest weaknesses was OL |
Is anyone gonna sign mccarron?
|

It looks like most of the teams that had starting gigs available (Browns, Cardinals, Jets) have picked up their 'guy' Probably have to settle for another backup role |
Think the Chiefs have one more splash move or multiple smaller deals left in them
|
Chase to the Bears
|
Who is backup? McCarron?
|
Bengals should and dump Dalton
|
Carlos Hyde to the Browns. 3 years 15 million

Maybe resign Logan if you can't do better. |

Nothing but D linemen now.

Yeah I wasn't a fan of spending much on a backup QB considering our cap situation.
|
Quote:
That offense will be in the top half of the league this year... |
Quote:
|
Just a hunch but I think we are going to sniff around Sheldon Richardson at this point
|
Quote:
|
it would be silly to only spend money on D linemen from here on out. We need a guy, I get it, but we also need help at the center/gaurd position and don't forget about a CB.
If the Chiefs are not as in love with Cam Erving as I think they are, we might see them sign a veteral OG which I would get behind. It would also be nice to sign a CB like Fuller, but don't know if that's going to happen as we HAVE to get a backup QB. We can plug and play at G/C, DL, and CB. |
