Just considering what we've been thru, I didn't think other people would actually want to work with someone else, for fear of not getting all the credit.

I know, which is great to hear. They just want to get it right and win. Whatever way they have too.

Not just their way.

These guys also know that a dedicated and championship starved fan base like ours would be the place to achieve success and then be lifted up on high. They'd literally have Mayor Sly shining their shoes and passing out HJs like they were candy on Halloween. Larger market team's fans seem (in my uneducated opinion) to forget successes in a more expeditious fashion. Come to KC, win a Superbowl, and literally be thought of as able to walk on water and simultaneously turn that water into Boulevard beer.

They all want to work together is why. Dorsey can go to numerous spots right now and be the GM. He could have been the Colts GM last off-season.

He wants to work with people he trusts and all those guys just know they want success together (which is what Pioli always preached but never ****ing surrounded himself with the talent or the communication skills to pull it off) and they want to win a SB.

Heckert could be a GM right now if he wanted to as well.

It's beyond that for them.

All I know is that it sounds too good to be true.

If they get Heckert AND Dorsey and Reid brings in Castillo, Pederson, and Childress for the offense, their a decent DC away from some kind of front office super group.

I just hope they don't **** it up with Kiffin.

Rivera is cut from the same cloth.

If we cant get Rivera then what other defensive coordinators out there run a nasty defense like he does

He may not make the move and I wouldn't blame him, plus I think Saban is the brains, but Kirby Smart is intriguing as a DC.

Clark is going to be shelling out so much money for this group that it's ridiculous. I love it.

I bet there is some love for Reid in this group.

These guys want to see him win a SB.

Kevin Green is intriguing as a DC, but I doubt he'd leave Pitt.

Sean Salisbury was on with St. John earlier today on 810, and he said that he'd leave his current job immediately to be Reid's QB coach. Said that, should Reid call, he'd be on the plane so quickly that he wouldn't even bother to pack.

Monte Kiffin would be a horrible hire.

I hate, hate, hate bend-but-don't-break defenses.
