Thought you guys were all familiar with it. It was on this forum. But it is smoke and mirrors season between GM's. Could be totally fake, just like the Williams not lasting past the top 10. Williams may be there at 20, who knows. Don't mind me. Lol

I’m aware of the stupid article about us trading up for Wilson.

I’m asking for the link for “sounds like someone has traded with the Jets for the #10 pick”.

Wonder how real the smoke is about Murray and the Cardinals. Sounds like he's pretty close to outright requesting a trade.

Have I mentioned lately how thankful I am that Patrick Mahomes is our QB?

It's insane just how badly Cleveland ****ed the rest of the league. I thought the Jaguars had that distinction in the bag, but their foolishness just exacerbated the WR salary market jump that was pretty close on the horizon anyway.

Cleveland has potentially completely shattered the market by fully guaranteeing that money for Watson. Now agents and players may not be so keen on those non guaranteed huge last couple years teams use to bolster the offer and make it look larger. Either make it all real, guaranteed money or I'll sit and wait for someone to come along that will.

All so they can basically become the Texans without Hopkins.

Excellent! Broncos and Chargers have to pay their QB’s way more next Spring while ours is on the books through 2031 LMAO

Yeah, that's what it was.

That assumption is my own. Good as any this time of year. I'm just connecting the dots. Feel free to play. :thumb:

It came off the Twitter link posted a couple pages back, saying Williams is going in the top 10 and Eagles will have to trade up. So I imagine a trade has been secured with the Jets for a team targeting Williams. Hard to imagine the Jets taking him. Selecting a reciever when your team sux is a mistake in my opinion.

Would't be shocked one bit if we get a Ben Simmons equivalent in the NFL soon. Closest we've gotten so far was Ramsey and his antics before the Jaguars traded him and he seemed to be getting away with that ****ery rather easily.

It's happening

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Alabama WR Jameson Williams is visiting the <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Chiefs?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#Chiefs</a> on Friday <a href="https://t.co/3VbCNSTIXp">pic.twitter.com/3VbCNSTIXp</a></p>&mdash; Josh Norris (@JoshNorris) <a href="https://twitter.com/JoshNorris/status/1514751519991681027?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">April 14, 2022</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

I like him. I wouldn't mind if they traded up for him even with the injury.

but I trust Veach.

Wow, that throws a log on the fire. If this is smoke it's downright ruthless cut throat poker. So the whole league knows Veach is up to something and he's advertising.

So my question is if someone trades ahead of KC to get Williams do the Chiefs still make the trade and draft Wilson?

As long as it's not the DL.

Kiimo 04-14-2022 10:47 PM

I know some people are down on him but I'm interested in Wharton moving around the DL and maybe DE I like that guy

Rainbarrel 04-15-2022 06:17 AM

I'd just as soon play 12( not all will contribute) rookies & put aside a few bucks to roll over to next season.
