I saw that show once. The girl's power was taken away, or no one remembered it. I think her dad was behind it somehow.

Nah, she has never lost her power. Her memories once but not her power.

Okay. She had come home after something. She talked to her brother and asked him how he got home, but he couldn't remember. She went to the school to talk to a friend, but he said they hadn't talked in years. Thre was some guy that was able to block people's powers, or something.

His power is that he can erase their memories and block any mental powers they may have. He can't block any physical powers though.
