Wow, I definitely didn’t expect that.

How the **** do the Bucs continue re-signing these guys?

Brady's cap hit this year is only $20 million.

And they're still over the cap by $7 million currently.

They're going all in again.. and why wouldn't they? After Brady they're going to be a trashcan organization again.

They’re still going to lose some and their weapons just aren’t as stacked as they were with AB there.

I still don’t see them winning a SB either way.

I’d be willing to bet anything on that actually.

Corner market is set and they will all sign soon

I don't think many were really expecting us to make any splashes in FA when it came to corners, but it will be interesting to see what Ward gets if he does leave KC

Holy shit I would be thrilled if we got Ward for that. That’s a good deal

Ward at $15 million a season. Do it, Veach.

Ugh. Only 1 mil less than JC Jackson? He's solid but sheesh!

BossChief 03-14-2022 03:17 PM

I know this won’t be very popular, but I’m not sure Ward is the guy we need to spend 13-15m per year on. I think for that much, I’d rather roll with Fenton, Sneed and a rookie as our main CB contributors and use that money to bolster the offense.

Yep, although I would make it a 4 year deal for $60 million. He's only 25 and that would let him hit FA again at 29.

Now add Lockett and Lael Collins via trades for low round picks and the stage is set to draft defense early snd often with an all time best offense.

Seahawks won’t do anything with Lockett while they are going after/possibly landing Watson

Yeah, I mean AB is a great WR and they'll be missing Godwin for the beginning of the season. RoJo is no big loss. I wouldn't be shocked to see Fourney and the retired OL come back now.

You didn't see them winning in 2020 either, by the way.

Why would Watson want to play under Carroll?
