How the **** are some of you morons saying the Steelers got robbed? The ball clearly moved when it hit the ground. Some of you are dumb as shit.

Probably because he made a football move after the catch and the ground can't cause a fumble.
They have gone to far with the catch rules.

Especially on the road in cold and windy conditions. We excel in those.

And Andy Reid is our head football coach.

Makes you feel good if we have a similar situation, no. ROFL

I don’t know. Knee down, ball crossed the goal line, play dead after that point.

But that’s just common sense talking.

You are right, but the NFL rules don't attempt to use common sense.

I was watching with my BIL and told him "Dez Bryant against GB a few years ago".

He nodded and the result ended up being the same.

A catch should be two feet down or a knee. If the receiver loses the ball after that it's a fumble. Simple, clean, no problems.

Text with my ex - who's a bigger Steelers fan than anyone I know. Should I tell her?

She should have had her phone if she was taping such a big game. That's on her.

Yep.

it makes sense too, gotta be able to hang onto the ball.

LOVED Tomlins face.....

..any coach that trips a player on the sideline should lose forever.

There’s no easy way to determine when possession occurs. It’s gonna be a tough one

Can't come soon enough. I am sick of the same old faces getting the same old breaks.

I don't like either team, I was just happy to watch one of them lose in a painful, Chiefs-like way.

They have gone to far with the catch rules.

Then your issue is with the rule itself and not how the refs are interpreting the rules in place. If you are going to the ground during the catch, which he was, you need to "survive the ground with control throughout".

The ground not being able to cause a fumble isn't relevant because it isn't a fumble that is being ruled, it's loss of control, which is different.

Not saying I like the rule, because I don't, but the refs don't make the rules.
