I'm not surprised, especially since they extended him this week.

What's clear through all of this is that the Chiefs just don't want Fulton in the starting role.

They drafted Ehinger to start at Left Guard but when he was injured, Fulton took his spot.

Now, a year later, with Ehinger on the PUP (and likely, IR) to start the season, they have Wiztmann starting instead of Fulton.

Think another big part of this is that this is Fulton's last year under contract. He's a nice backup, but I wouldn't pay him.

I hope he tries to find a job at C in FA. I think he could start for a team at that spot.

Other thoughts:

Seantavius Jones really does look like a player. He got excellent separation on one play for deep ball in 7 on 7s, and made a back shoulder catch on another throw. He was running with the 1s.

Dieter Gherig has stone hands and made Mahomes look bad twice.

Tyler Bray is absolute garbage and probably won't make it out of preseason as the #2 at this rate.

Bryan Witzmann started at LG today and actually looked quite good.

Joseph Cheek is the backup LT and sucks monkey nuts. Zombo was smoking him. ZOMBO.

Terrance Mitchell looked real good at CB. He had two or three breakups.

The only guy I saw smoke him was Tyreek Hill, who by the way looks absolutely awesome. He made two deep catches today and two or three intermediate catches that weren't in his game last year. Based on my expert analysis of 2 hours of training camp football he will have 1200 yards and 10 TDs. :D

Oh and that limp dick Alex Smith did have an excellent day of practice but we've been down that road, so **** him!

Good stuff from our man on the scene

Remember when I got paid to do this? ROFL

Media access totally blows now. You could get run over by the players in River Falls.

Of course I remember your time in employ of The Assclown

Please clarify the second part though...

The media now sits with fans. Actually they sit farther back from the fans if they want to park under the tent.

In River Falls, media was allowed to stand on the sidelines not 15 yards from the players.

It's a different era.

If the fans were allowed to be closer, who's to stop a rival scout from recording 7 on 7 and 11 in 11 practices and using that video against the Chiefs?

I'm actually kind of suprised they're allowed to be as close as they are today.

Thanks, I can see how that would chap reporters asses

On the other hand, this is a genuine consideration...

I didn't say that. Phantom pressure bothers Smith just as much.

I just posted earlier today I was an Alex backer when he came here. I was wrong. Milkman and the others were right with what Smith did against the G-men in the NFC championship game. It wasn't the two fumbled punts that kept the 49ers from advancing. Just like it wasn't the holding penalty against the Steelers. There were 3 to 3 1/2 other quarters for things to happen. Alex can't make them happen.

Do you even have any clue about the roster that game? 3 of their top 4 receivers couldn't even suit up that game, Ginn had been injured by the Saints the game prior (Bounty gate, anyone?) . Literally Kyle Williams and some practice squad dude named Brett Swain were starters on the field. Outside of Vernon Davis (who got 2 TD's) it was just Crabtree.

Also, same G-men that shut down the Rodgers/Packers and Brady/Patriots in the playoffs, FWIW.

Delanie Walker was on the field too. Not bad considering Walker Crabtree and Davis were our top 3 receivers when we went to the SB the next season on our offenses back.

Also, same Ravens that shutdown Luck/Brady/Manning in the playoffs, CK7 scored 31 on them with those awful receivers. No excuses for Alex.

I highly doubt that's the reason for that. I mean, what's to stop them from recording the practices now? Cameras have zoom now so not being close doesn't even matter. Also the fact that a team wouldn't really gain any competitive advantage recording training camp practices.

Go up about 10 posts. Actually the last two or three pages aren't bad. Not a lot of posting so far this camp. Start around post 460 for yesterday. Clay was there.

Mahomes deep to Tyreek Hill!:clap::clap:
