Don’t see how they keep Watt for long with Clowney making that much. Of course, I’m doubting Watt’s odds to come back as a great player to begin with. It’s unfortunate.

Dude is a great little zone runner with good vision, speed and burst. He won’t break a lot of tackles but he times his cuts well and knows how to set up blocks.

Well, they did cut some RB this week. George Atkinson. Not sure why he was ever on the team, but Williams is definitely the better player. Will he make the team? Who knows. But I like how Beach is churning the roster, looking to improve at any and every spot.

I’m thinking similar but maybe with QB paid under rookie contract it could work. I’ve watched a fair amount of their games and Clowney is pretty legit. It they could ever somehow get Watt, Clowney and Mercilus healthy at the same time that could be a devistating rush.

Why the priority on RB? It's not our biggest need by far and they are fairly easy to fine in the draft in the lower rounds.

Because that 6th round rookie gets 2PM killed in pass pro. That and Ware may be more questionable to bounce back that the Chiefs are letting on.
