Here's an insane sentence:
The Featherweight champion will try to beat a top 5 Lightweight fighter, in his Welterweight debut. |
Conor McGregor opens as a strong but not overwhelming favorite, at -280. Diaz is +220
|
Darn.
Diaz isn't even a contender. |
Awesome fan-made promo. (NSFW audio)

Well this press conference sure didn't disappoint lol....

Just watched the press conference, it went about as well as expected. The staredown was awesome, they had a TON of security there. One guy was near Conor, but they had two enormous men standing right next to Diaz, tense and ready to grab him.

If Conor wins next weekend...what if after the fight he called out GSP for UFC 200...?
Talk about a big $$$ fight. |

GSP doesn't want to fight. He hasn't announced his retirement yet, but I've read a couple interviews and I think he's done. |

GSP is gonna fight again, no doubt in my mind...I think that's the big hook for UFC 200.
I don't see Conor fighting RDA honestly, if you heard him at the PC it sounded like he has moved on from that fight. To be honest, I don't see him fighting at 145 or even 55 again if all goes smooth next weekend...dude has been killing himself to get to 145 and to a degree 155 as well. Why cut all the weight and do that to yourself when you can fight at 170, cut little weight, and feel great? I could very well see him calling out Robbie next...not saying he would call out GSP or should, I easily envision that though. |
