At that size 36 reps of 225 isn't that impressive. Dontari Poe put up 40 at over 100lbs less bodyweight.

Look I don't care how you slice it, 36 reps is impressive for a man of any size

The consensus top DT Mason Graham managed 24

He's not a fit for a Spags defense

But if we still ran a 34 he'd be a no brainer NT project

Yeah, 36 reps means he can push you relentlessly, and 464 pounds means you can't move him.

May we assume that he didn't start in college mostly because of endurance, or was he not mobile enough to beat out the starters?

I can only guess it was more about endurance than anything else, going full tilt play to play with that much mass has gotta be tough

But dude is fast for that size, and can leap like a cat... if we were back in the Sutton days I'd love to have this guy backing up Poe

I am in.....

There would be a lot of possibilities to include him in various goal line packages… at fullback where he’d clear half of the defense, etc.

He played in some of those packages at Florida.

Not sure if that would be enough to justify a roster spot since he’s not a fit as a defensive lineman in Spags’ scheme… but if he goes undrafted and bring him in as an undrafted free agent and seeing what he can do? I’d be for that.

Don't forget Andy's conditioning test. I doubt he would pass & might be a fatality.

His toes must look like giant British blood sausages

Typically guys that weigh over 400 lbs suck at actual football.

Guy looks like Danny Shelton. And iirc, during his best years he required a double team and sometimes a triple team to keep him out of the backfield.

Yep, finally a way to stop the Tush Push!

That dude will stroke out on the field.

Drop a hundred pounds and get back to me.

FloridaMan88 03-28-2025 04:55 PM

A BMI (Body Mass Index) over 30 is considered to be obese… this guy’s BMI is 53.

And the vast majority here definitely couldn’t clock a 25” vert.

The vertical is what caught my eye.

The amount of energy it takes to get 464 pounds over two feet in the air is impressive.
