$20M for either guy would be rather ridiculous .

dan has had one decent year which just happens to coincide with his contract year.

jaylen has yet to amass 16 games played in 4 nfl seasons.

Left Tackles are like chicks at the bar. A 4 or 5 will get you through a dry spell as long as you don't buy her a lot of drinks. Hooking up with a 9 or 10 is just dumb luck unless you pay through the teeth and if that's the case she'll never really be into you.

Of course, there will always be that dude putting way too much work into a slump buster only to regret it the next day. We don't want to be that guy.

Yeah. Patrick Mahomes may be killed but at least we will have prudent salary cap management.
