You can't even do a "Let's talk about" thread right.

Great googly moogly...

Maybe worry about how the Bengals are going to qualify for the playoffs after they get boat raced by the 49ers instead of talking shit to a CP treasure like Hammock Parties. You got it, **** face?

Bengals next 6 weeks look brutal. I'll be impressed if they can go 3-3 in those games.

I feel like the Raiders two games, the Packers, the Patriots, and the Chargers are all slam dunks.

But the Dolphins, Eagles, Bills and Bengals games are going to be battles. I don't know if we're going to go 4-0 there. 3-1 is more likely. 2-2 is not beyond consideration, considering that the Bills have had our number for a couple years, aside from a coin flip in the playoffs.

KC is 3-2 against the Bills since 2020. The "the Bills have had our number for a couple of years" line is bullshit.

It’s bad luck to be superstitious.

They are the regular season champs, as they have beaten us in the fall but never in the new year...

Talking about the Broncos at this point is like watching yourself jack off. You can...

I remember the Bengals game last year and the Chiefs got it going in the 2nd half... and just soaking it in a bit. The game clearly mattered to both teams and it's about as important of a game there is against two of the best teams in the league. I enjoyed the hell out those games last year, even if the result didn't go their way against the Bengals or Bills.

It's sad those games are so infrequent in the NFL, or when they do happen they're often disappointing (or if you're the Bills, you just quit).

1) Their defense really struggled any time Hurts could extend the play.

2) The offensive line really couldn't handle Philadelphia's front

I don't think either thing bodes well for their matchup against our favorite team, the Kansas City Chiefs.

I believe they’re missing a few starters in the OL, plus Ramsey, and Achane. They’ll look a bit different when they’re fully healthy.

The Chiefs are 1-2 against the Bills the last couple of years. I'm generally of the opinion that going back farther than that to predict future matchups is not reliable.

Their one win was, of course, the legendary 13 seconds game that the gods had to gift us a coin flip win for us to win.

This is ****ing wholesome... a very big brother vibe of "I can **** with him and make his life miserable, doesn't mean you can".

Saw the same thing with TEX and Twisted a week or three ago.

I was actually just thinking of that the other day, oddly enough.

This is the Golden Age of being a Chiefs fan. No other era compares or ever will compare.

The only downside, if there is a downside, is that the team is so damn good that 2/3rds of the games are not very dramatic.

I take it more as a bad sign. If we're looking ahead, it could mean the team is looking ahead.

Here is my $500,000 question on this game.

Will Spags and Co play it straight and keep their powder dry for the playoffs?

Last season the Chiefs defense (and maybe Andy, don't recall) kept things very vanilla when they went to Cincy.

They lost that battle, but won the war, because the defensive wrinkles Spags wanted to use against the Bengals were unveiled in the AFC Championship and held their offense at bay just enough for gimpy Mahomes to drag us over the finish line late.

Will Spags come into this game guns blazing and try to take out the Dolphins early this season? OR will he keep his cards hidden for the real season?

The Dolphins may very well not end up playing the Chiefs in the playoffs. You go full guns blazing on both offense and defense.

You play to win the game.

Maybe this has been the Broncos game plan all along. Suck terribly and lose to us for like 9 years in a row including this year, only to pull a rope-a-dope and somehow split the series in 2023.
