I saw a someone do this on Food Network a few years back. Might have been Alton Brown. Or maybe it was one of Ken Rollins' videos.
I like mayo but this never appealed to me. Maybe it's better than I expect. Kind of like Dipping French fries in mayo. Popular in Europe, but sounds odd. |
I've tried it and it works, but one of the best parts of a grilled cheese is the butter flavor and mayo completely misses that
