I don't know that it's "not allowed" per se, but normally people post stuff here that is of particular interest to other people (e.g., memorabilia, tickets to games, etc.). I'm not sure why you're so amazed - it's an average price for the car from what I can tell. It just comes off like a scummy used car dealer trying to talk a car up to make a sale. Ironic, that.

Then I will delete it. I have sold approximately 15 vehicles a month since 1988. I have been posting here since 2004. So out of the roughly 2700 vehicles I have sold, I find one vehicle that I want to share and I am a scummy used car dealer? You're one of the few that can say that and make it hurt.

Finding a Tahoe/Yukon in that price range, with that low of miles is extremely rare. Factor in the condition of the vehicle, and I believe it to be a great deal. It IS an average price for that vehicle, but it is a rare find.

When I found my 1992 Buick Century, in excellent condition, with only 118k miles, I offered more than "book value". I understood that it was a vehicle, with great miles, an industry known engine for reliability, and it could last me for many years at a small investment. IF I were in the market, currently, I would consider this Yukon.

SLE< SLT. Loaded SLE may have cloth, and no sunroof. According to Car Guru there is only one similar vehicle in the entire country, at a similar price. And even then, it's uncertain if it's one owner, or never had an accident. And the condition is unknown, where as mind is absolutely perfect.
