Former Wisconsin safety...I know of another Wisconsin safety who runs the Ryan/Pettine/Sutton D...Jim Leonard. Wisconsin DC. Only coached a couple years but got a dc job very quickly. Might be a future name to keep an eye on

They could’ve announced Eric Bieniemy had been promoted to DC - not OC - and Chiefs fans would’ve been more optimistic.

So much for a radical re-think from a scheming perspective. It’s all on Mahomes to change the flavor of the offense and Veach to plug holes in a leaky defense.

I dont see as this means anything as far as Sutton goes. CHunt and Reid know this is a issue to the fans. If Sutton was being retained it would be no benefit to not make a statement as so.

I think Sutton has retired and being as he is a good Soldier he is staying in place until the new guy is in the building.
