I don’t have an issue with saying a dude is a hot head or what not or whatever.

But I can’t get to terrible human being based on what he does on a field of football. To each their own.

Feel like it’s become an either or topic

O.city 12-17-2017 01:30 PM

He’s also really really good at football. Being really good at shit let’s you do things others wouldn’t be allowed too

That’s life I guess however sucky it is

The guy does a lot of good shit with kids in the community that gets no press.

I wonder does he pass out switchblades at no cost.

He hands out semi-clean heroin needles.

This missed INT / tipped pass with Sorenson told me more about his attitude change than anything else in this game. He didn't throw a tantrum, didn't get mad at his teammate. Just helped Sorenson back up and the two of them recognized an opportunity lost but that a good play was still made. Hope he keeps his emotions in check the rest of the way, he deletes 1/3rd of the field for opposing QB's when he plays like he did last night.

Can't figure out how to upload the image. But Peters clearly strips it before Ragland gets there. I'm not overly crazy about going for the strip over the fumble. But c'mon, man. The last replay it's clear as day that Peters is ripping the ball out.

This has been Peters throughout his career. He goes for the strip instead of the tackle.

Thing is, he has typically been pretty successful the previous seasons and has gotten praise.
This season he has been ridiculed by looking like a "pussy" because he hasn't been able to pop the ball loose.

He is basically of the D. Sanders mold. (Although not as good yet).

Yes, it would be nice if Peters did BOTH things well, but all players have their pros and cons.

Show the gif of him playing matador to the running back.

Deion did the same shit.

Cons: That is bad.
Pros: He causes a LOT of turnovers (proven by statistics).

I guess you can weigh the two and figure out what you think is more important in a game.

Molitoth 12-17-2017 04:12 PM

If you have a WR that was putting up all time great numbers in a category such as TD's, but didn't block worth a shit downfield on run plays, would you want him cast off the team?

Randy Moss?

My son played college ball with his sorry ass. What you're seeing right now is a reprieve from the true person he really is as a human being. The only reason he's being "nice" is for his own well being. That scumbag does not give a rat's ass about anyone but himself.

If you don't believe me...watch and learn the hard way.

^this^

Those of you saying he tries to strip instead of tackle - that may be Ok if he wasn't waiting 5-7 yards before he attacks the runner...

Those of you who think he will resign with the Chiefs are delusional.

Those of you who don't think he's a cancer or won't be in the future are delusional.

We should trade him if we can get a 1st or a high 2nd... because we will either have to franchise him, or he gone....

As long as he doesn't get in trouble with the law you can be as big as a dick as you want.
