Carr is definitely over hyped. He’s one of those guys that can do well when everything around him is perfect. Pretty much he’s Alex.

Nah, Alex knows how to win games. Carr is his brother with a decent o-line. He's tapioca pudding. He will be a back up QB before you know it.

When he signed his new contract, I believe there were articles out saying he was the most overrated QB and had a bunch of stats to show that.

Seriously, this Alex Smith “career year” is what Carr typically does. He sucked yesterday, and this is a down year, but this thread reminds me of all the “Philip Rivers sucks” takes I’ve read on this site through the years. Wishful thinking.

Carr is a franchise QB. He played poorly but he doesn't suck.

He looked pretty ****ing good against the CHIEFS in their first meeting at Oakland on that Thursday Nighter in October. Carr went for 29/52 for 417 yards and 3 TD's and no pic's. GO CHIEFS!

Carr has thrown for fewer yards, fewer touchdowns, and more interceptions than Smith in 2017

Check out the Raider forums. It's not exactly a Carr love-fest over there
