Meh, I could live without them but I have bought them in a bag of mixed veggies and used them in vegetable soup or tator tot casserole. I can't say I dislike them enough to pick them out.

Can tolerate Lima beans, but I sure don't make an effort of putting them on a plate to eat.

I don't consider them a veggie, but they have great fiber. We buy them frozen and mix them with frozen corn. Mrs. loves it.

For good fiber per calorie I alternate lima beans with black beans and lentils to get some variety. :D

Lots of what some consider veggies aren't imo, they are starches. Peas, they are a starch.
