Where's the talent at middle linebacker? Where's the rush DE? Where's the nickelback? Where's the Right Guard? Where's the Right Tackle? Where's the talent at OLB (besides DJ)?

The TALENT on the roster is TALENT drafted and coached by this coaching staff (Thigpen, Albert, Taylor, Turk, Tank, Dorsey, Niswanger, Smith, Charles, Flowers & Carr).

The Chiefs are lacking talent at nearly every position where they haven't drafted in the past 2 years.

You constantly complain about the performance of the coach yet when the coaching staff have improved the players they've acquired (i.e. Thigpen), you give absolutely no credit where credit is due.

I gave a ton a credit to Gailey for putting in gameplans that are putting Thigpen into situations where he is successful...

You gave a very vague post here. You talk about "the performance of the coach" then "the coaching staff"? Which is it?

Gailey is making strides with this offense despite Herm screwing it up for the first 5 weeks of the season.

It got better....and it then got even worse than it was before.
