I've tried that stuff, never worked for me. Sometimes I'll take a half a xanax and it helps me drift off. I take it now, I'll be a zombie later.

It works for me but sometimes it takes up to a couple hours to kick in.

Plus I'm kinda peeved I have to work later. I'll miss the seeing the game, I'm stuck listening to Len and Mitch.

When I get old and feeble and unable to care for myself, and my children no longer fear to be near me, I know they will do the right thing for themselves.

No nursing home for me. No way will they put themselves through THAT mental, financial and emotional stress.

They will strip me to my underwear, walk me out about 5 miles into the wilderness in a snow storm, spin me around a few times and take off. Two days later they will make the "I cant find my dad, he must've wandered off" call. Problem solved.

I remember when I used to cut weight and not have 1 drink for over a month. Having two beers after that long of a break would give me a great buzz and I could get drunk on like a 6-pack!

To be honest, I don't really get hungry anymore at night.

I'm pretty sure late night eating is why I'm fat in the first place. I don't ever really get hungry anymore. Not to the degree I used to. I just sort of know when I want to eat and how much, and I do it. I don't need anything extra. No snacks or anything.

Yea you can condition your body for anything and if you adjust your eating schedule for a while, you notice your body gets hungry only at certain times during that schedule.

For a few months this summer I was only eating between 6-11 at night....all calories (2500-3000). I would get up, go to work, get home at 4, gym 4:30-6, then spend the night eating. I was lifting heavy, gaining strength on deads/squats, but also losing a bit of bodyfat. It was pretty interesting how my body really wouldn't get that hungry through the day and I could even train heavy with an 18 hour fast everyday.

I broke my 6 pm rule tonight because i was at 200 cal for the day and pretty much starving.

Sounds good man. Nice job cutting those calories down! I think fasting during the day is a great way to burn fat throughout the day, plus I hate having to pack food for a full day of work.

Tonight I ate salsa, chips, guac, cheese dip, steak tacos, tequila, and vagina.. I will sleep like a baby, and commence the workouts tomorrow(I have league basketball).
