That poor, poor ref. Imagine if that towel would've hit him? He could've been concussed!

Nah, he threw a towel AT the ref. And btw, was Norman concussed? NO!!!, the guy didn't even flinch ROFL

I'd say probably not.

Yeah, my bad, Travis cost the team way more than Peters did.

The team believed in the personality of one immensely talented player and not the other.

Care to explain why?

I'm a fan of Marcus Peters. He was my second favorite Chief behind only Berry. I was pissed to see him traded.

But i'm not delusional either. Comparing Peters attitude to Kelce's is ridiculous. As evidenced by the team's decision, and lack of capital gained from the trade.

So the same standards should apply to Odell then.

Does it even ****ing matter if he was hurt? Intent is all that matters.

Trying to compare Kelce to OBD is stupid, and every time you try to justify it you just look dumber.

Go ahead and point out to me where I've said the Giants should ship out OBJ.

Well Bob Sutton may have had an issue with him, but his teammates were pissed about the trade according to Terez Paylor. The fact is people love to label certain players "problem child's" whilst giving a pass to others. And all I want to see is a level playing field, that's all.

So his battle with Norman means he should be labeled a "troublemaker" for the rest of his career? Are you fucking serious? Get real!! ROFL

It's stuff like that though, why it's always hard for me to comment about a dude's "off field". We as fans really have no clue what goes on behind closed doors.

Right?

Im all about players like OBJ and Marcus Peters. Hell, i wanted Talib on this team.

But i accept that the team knows far, far more about their player's personality than i do.

So if they decide that that personality is combustible with a large contract, then so be it.

I may not agree with it because it always sucks to lose a talented player, but some players are rentals until they wear out their welcome. Like a Talib or a Terrell Owens.

Aren't you defending those who label Odell a headcase and a problem child though? :hmmm:

O.city 03-28-2018 11:22 AM

As talented as Odell is and as much production as he's put out there, if they're willing to trade him, somethings amiss.

I don't think these teams are as dumb as they appear sometimes.

I didn't label him anything. I really don't give a rat's ass about OBJ or anything NY related.

If he's a trouble maker then so be it. I have no idea.

My argument is that Kelce is NOT a trouble maker, and trying to conflate his actions with some of these other guys is beyond reeruned.

But let me guess, you think i have some double standard because Kelce is white, right?

O.city 03-28-2018 11:24 AM

I think we're a little easier on Kelce because he's a chief, not because he's white.

Different kind of tribalism LOL.

Well, us fans thought a multiple All-Pro should be worth at least a 1st. The entire NFL basically told us that we're ****ing morons.

So yeah, i think they're aware of things that we're clearly not privy to.
