Seems to me they’re saying Allen is more elite than Pat if that’s their thinking.

We know Andy is better than McDermott. But McDermott could be a lot better than whoever the Chiefs hire to replace Andy. What if they hire a total dud? McDermott catches a lot of shit from people for Playoff choking, but the guy does a pretty solid job in the regular season at least. He actually made Buffalo a playoff team even before Josh Allen was drafted, an inconvenient fact for the people that want to pretend McDermott is a total bum.

As I started with the Bills, they said that as long as Josh Allen was playing elite that they were a contender. They predicted 8 more years. They basically said the same about Jackson but gave him 6 years due to his scrambling. So, I'm reading through and thinking that for the Chiefs it has to be at least 10 years. Nope. They gave us 4 more years. SMH. Sounds like more wishful thinking than actually likelihood of being accurate. Anyway. If you want to read it, here's the link. It's too long and full of ads to bother copying and pasting.

Ridiculous is right.

Mahomes’ play has dipped the past two years? Or the Chiefs have allocated more resources to defense than offense and re-set offensively?

I've been hearing a lot of, "Well, KC is the 2-time defending SB champ, but only because Baltimore decided not to run the ball..."

Bitch, if Baltimore decided to run the ball the only result that would be different is they would've lost to us 20 minutes sooner.

LMAO

This is real talk right here. I have no idea why people say this stupid shit. their only hope in that game was that Lamar would turn into the passer he is this year. That wasn't happening then

Bills - losers of 4 SBs

Vikings - maybe not consecutive, but they are also losers of 4 SBs

Both franchises have had some ****ing awful pain in their history when it comes to the playoffs.

So I want everybody to watch. I predict neither team will go to the Super Bowl. They're both headed for elimination. But watch the media after each team goes.

When Minnesota loses: "Nyuk nyuk Sam Darnold too bad so sad!" They were practically giggling two years ago when they got bounced by Daneil Jones. I predict people will probably point and laugh again.

When Buffalo loses: "OH NO HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN POOOOOOR BUFFALO! POOOOOOR JOSHY!!! THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS MY HEART WILL GO ON!! ALSO IT'S NOT JOSH'S FAULT AND IF YOU SAY IT IS YOU'RE A SOULLESS EVIL TWAT"

Josh has a protective ring of suckups around him in the media. I hope that dumbass team never wins a SB.

Funny thing...Mahomes' QBR grade this year is higher than Lamar's MVP season last year.

Mahomes 2024 = 68.5/100 (5th in league)
Lamar 2023 = 65.4/100 (4th in league)

Keep in mind the QBR metric accounts for rushing ability, so Lamar is getting plenty of credit for his legs. Same thing for Josh & Mahomes.

And here is 2023 Playoffs:

Mahomes 86.9/100
Allen 80.0/100
Lamar 74.4/100

Pretty good reason to believe Mahomes will deliver another good Playoff run based on history. The last two weeks he graded 85/100 and 90/100. Trending the right direction.

So then they think that McD will stay there 2 more years after Andy retires? I think he’s fired after this season if tgey don’t make the SB. They must have faith that Buffalo hires a better coach than KC.

Yep, would be funny if Buffalo hires someone worse than McDermott. It's also possible they just stick with him. Like I said, he might be a little bit underrated by a lot of folks. The grass is not always greener on the other side of the fence.

Mahomes, much like Brady is always at his best and most dangerous in the postseason.

Meh. Assuming both teams advance (not a gimme), I'm not sold on the Ravens in playoff football. We shall see. The better QB usually wins these close playoffs matchups. In my view, that would be Allen.

RealSNR 12-27-2024 06:10 PM

Ian McDiarmid is a better head coach than Sean McDermott
