Probably him. I think I mess up last time. My measurements changed a little (for the better) but the formla told me I had cut my body fat % in half.

I'm just counting calories. Working out when I feel like it (which isn't much with all of this weather. I was dropping the punds when I was exercising. I 've managed to maintain (and not gain) while not exercising.
