All but one of those games were from one injury. And that one game last year wasn’t due to injury.

The one game he missed in 2017 was because him and the rest of the starters were rested ahead of the playoffs, he wasn't injured.

How do you figure?
He missed Weeks 4, 5, 7 in 2015. He missed weeks 3 through 11 in 2016.
How are those from the same injury? With all those games played in between those missed games?

I think a 2 year deal with 0 guaranteed for league minimum would be a very smart move for Veach and would kinda fit his mold. Young, talented, former high pick, low risk high reward.

He flames out or makes a mistake, cut him with no loss.

He dedicates himself (which seems like is a good possibility) and we can at worst flip him for a pick or get a comp pick if he goes to another team.

You’re right. I thought it was a recurring injury with the foot but the 3 games he missed in 2015 we’re due to an ankle, not a foot. I don’t see what those other injuries have to do with anything going back to college since he missed no game time or just preseason games for the most part.

The point still stands that other than a freak injury he’s missed 3 games due to injury. It’s not nearly as bad as people make it seem. He’s no more injury prone than most of our studs IMO.

There's no way I would invest the kind of resources that trading for OBJ would require to bring him onto a team.

If he did go to the Rams, then he will make Goff look better than he is.
But that still won't be good enough.

If you have the right QB, however, then the weapons you have will be plenty good enough.

Personally I can understand why they made the move, but I’d have rather seen that much spent on a defensive player or 2.

If it works out like they hope, it could make the offense borderline unstoppable.
