He's very advanced. It would be extremely unlikely - TCU is still playing baseball, and he has to finish that up and get signed, get assigned, and pitch well enough in the minors to make it to KC quickly.

The arsenal doesn't need much work - the fastball, slider and change are all good enough. Just a matter of how much polish he would need.
