Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu******* that. My god. I can't do less than 70 in the summer. It would cost me a mountain of money to live there.

No humidity. Nothing feels as hot as it says. I used to be the same way in other places I've lived. But a 78 degree house with humidity under 10% feels about 5 degrees cooler than other places I've lived. We rock 78-80 when home and 74 at night and it feels fine. I don't try to save money and suffer like some here and our bills is never that high even with two AC units.

Yep, if the wife would let me control he AC we're talking 66-68. During heat waves it's usually around 74

I have almost as little humidity as you do. I will grant you that humidity sucks nutsack. But even with a dry heat I'm not doing it. I just can't anymore. Maybe I got too hot a few times working or running track when I was a dumb kid but I can't sleep in higher than 70.

Wife went to see her parents this spring whole I was busy. I turned that bitch to 64. With no baby and a cool house I hadn't slept that well in years. Although it sucked getting to sleep because I missed the wife and kiddo. But yeah. I got 2 days of my thermostat.

We also have 6 ceiling fans in the house so that helps too. You end up getting used to it but keeping AC under 70 would likely put you in the poor house. :D

Get used to it you say? They said I would get used to the humidity in college. LOL.

I've been with my wife for 10 years now and it hasn't gotten any easier for me to deal with.

I'm sorry about your marriage.

This morning I woke up with the attic fan on and all the windows open. 62 degrees. I was sleeping like a baby when that alarm went off.

Marriage is good. My internal thermostat is junk.

That's freezing to me! Ugh! O.M.G!

It's nowhere near 105 here or ever. It gets in the 90's in the summer but high humidity. The humidity gets far worse by August which is like being in a sauna. My house has ceiling fans in all main living areas is normally at 80° inside. I need new and better insulation though.
