Their kids were washing my golf clubs!!!

Not that the clubs will ever work again, but they were all about it... Then again I've never been one to say my clubs were the problem, but I like to keep excuses "in the bag" and now I have one more!

Oh and nice meal too GloryDayz. I would love to be your neighbor but I'm not sure I could afford the house next to yours.

I actually invited a CP member over to watch a game, people tend to get freaked out about it when it comes down to it. It's not an open venue and I could see why that would be uncomfortable. That and no one wants to drink and drive.

To be honest, Chief fans are pretty weird. There's a few that go this local spot and they're just odd folks, all 7 of them.

Midwestern people don't want to impose, it's like the two step. Yeah, I guess it's kinda weird. Once your in, your in, until you do something stupid.

Yeah I would feel more comfortable to have some beers first with guys I never met before rather than just going straight to their house.

Man I sound gay right now.

I highly approve of all but the shrimp to me look a little too oily. Were they? :hmmm:

I drizzled the infused olive oil when they were done. I cooked them in that olive oil and butter.

Sort of like Shrimp Scampi? I've had both real good crispy and real oily scampi.

I like mine on the less oil more texture side.

The rib eye looked fantastic and cooked to perfection

I seasoned them heavily with Italian seasoning. I guess you can consider a scampi. I was going for a surf and turf dinner with a couple sides.

That's how I like my steak as well, I was very pleased with it. Medium is the way to go IMO.

If you get a chance, make some of that olive oil. It's fantastic, next time I'm going to create a Rosemary flavor oil. Use that for whatever you're cooking

And how do I go about this, because it looks/sounds fantastic?
