Jesus Christ, does anyone in that shithole county have a house that isn't a complete piece of shit. Everyone has cracks in their walls, foundation issues, drywall cracking or falling down, mold, etc...

You would think since they haven't been paying taxes based on fair assessments of their property for all these years that they could have afforded basic upkeep on their property.

What about that response makes them dipshits? You do realize that it takes time and that they probably ARE inundated with records requests. I love it when people who have never done government work...bitch about government workers.

Sounds like they're doing their job, serving the public, and correcting these issues. You got a problem with them accepting a citizens word that they have cracks in the foundation?

You just gonna bitch about everything?

The assessment reevaluation went from 37% to 9%, seemed relatively easy to get reduced, and the people are happy with the result.

Yet you're still bitching.

I think you misinterpreted the post there, big guy. Read it again. And maybe care less about something that doesn't affect you in the slightest. Maybe go ship some more shit LMAO

There's no misinterpretation at all. You call them clowns and say they break when you press them.

In reality, the instance you provided was a representative doing a good job serving the public and making it easy for the citizen. Which is what is expected.

So yeah, you're bitching to bitch.

Yeah, i run a shop infinitely more successful than anything you've done in your life. You trying to take digs on that shows what kind of useless **** you are.

There's one other person who tried to take digs at me for...working. That was BEP. Hilarious coincidence.

LMAO the "rep" wasn't even a public servant

just leave this thread alone

We were very pleased! Done in less than 5 minutes!

Good for them.

Hammock Parties 07-19-2023 02:18 PM

Tyler Tech is taking the County for a ride.

They are paying these people $800 per person per day for informal hearings LMAO

TT inflated everyone's assessment in bad faith since they also have a financial interest by driving the appeals volume up.

That's like, twice your mortgage!

The Franchise 07-19-2023 03:16 PM

Do you think these people only get paid $15 an hour?

Sassy Squatch 07-19-2023 03:31 PM

Meh. I know y'all are getting your kicks trolling Clay, but there's some blatant ****ery afoot with these assessments.

I agree with you Superturtle, it could force a lot of people just making ends meet or close enough to it sell there homes. Just upend their whole lives.

And I'm sure many of the council members knew what was coming down the pipe as well as Frank the fraud White.

No doubt.

But there seems to be a pathway for correction, which is worth applauding.

Now, there never shoulda been a need for a correction in the 1st place. People shouldn't have to take time out of their day to correct this for the county. But mistakes happen, so long as they're fixing them. And they appear to be doing so willingly.

The amount of mistakes is a massive problem though. This isn't normal. And on top of it the Assessor's office is being pretty ****ing obstinate about not putting in some common sense measures to at least mitigate some of the pain short term.
