While it's nice if you don't want tan lines, I really don't care for it. Why pay for it, when you get the sun for free?

It can be nice to go a few times (don't go but for about 5 minutes your first time, work your way up a few minutes at a time) to get a good base started before getting a lot of sun. It can help you prevent burning (along with proper sunscreen).

I wouldn't suggest making it a regular routine, though.

Exactly. It amazes me. The ones who are regulars are so high-maintenance. They put so much care into their hair and make-up, etc. Then, they go and ruin their skin.
