They have a first ballot HOF QB/TE, a top 5 all time HC, one of the best DCs in the history of the game, and an elite GM who consistently restocks this team with young talent. This is why KC is a dynasty and will be a prohibitive favorite for quite a while.

That's why dynasties happen throughout NFL history and why the Bengals will never be one as long as Mike Brown is alive, at the very least.

Well outside of NE, dynasties are very hard to build and sustain in a salary cap era. You are right though about your owner. He is awful and will continue to hold the Bengals back.

I'd say they're pretty hard to sustain regardless. That's why 3/5 4/6 is the standard. Relatively short term.

You do have teams that can maintain excellence for a decade plus like the Steelers of the 90s-mid/late '00s, 49ers from the 80s-mid 90's and Pats from '00-mid/late '10s. But those are rare.

Steelers were in the pre-free agency/pre-salary cap era.

Patriots were 2 dynasties not 1. They went 10 years without a SB championship which included 3 years with 0 playoff wins and 1 year with no playoffs at all.

Yeah. I was separating the dynasties with long term high success.

Your punter isn't better, though. I don't know why you keep saying that.

One of the NFL's best ST coaches when it pertains to kicking and punting had a free shot at your punter or our punter. He chose our punter.

Your punter ****ed up a hold on a crucial field goal. Meanwhile ours quite possibly saved a game by rescuing a high snap. Your punter lost his team a game while ours arguably won a game for his team.

They've both had only 5 career NFL games up to this point, and while Rehkow has a higher average, Araiza has more inside the 20 and on fewer punting attempts.

Mine's better. He leads the league in gross and net by 3+ yards. Puhnt gawwwd has 1 more inside the 20 on one less kick, same amount of touchbacks and fair catches. Yours had 2 less returns and .3 less yds per return.

I'm not gonna let one bobbled snap overshadow a 3+ yd lead in gross and net when all else is equal.

1-4 but my punter is better.

Shut up.

RealSNR 10-12-2024 02:56 PM

Do you think McPherson is better than Butker?

Ooooo! Tell me about your long snapper, too!

Pasta Little Brioni 10-12-2024 03:21 PM

Punters that fumble snaps get cut

So Burrow is named sexiest QB in the NFL and you guys are near the top of the list for most dangerous stadiums.

Sounds about right.

Dangerous for opposing teams maybe. Joe is a cutie, though.
