Reportedly, they're looking to move on from Bell.

Bell's threatened to sit out Training Camp unless he gets the deal he wants and the Steelers won't Franchise him again because it'll cost too much.

I thought they already tagged Bell? Unless you're talking next offseason.

Eight TD's? A genuine deep threat? I'd say he played his part well considering he only joined them just weeks before the season started. He also didn't drop a single catch in the regular season as well.

Yeah, next season. Bell says he won't show up until Week 1 without a new contract, so they may cut bait with him before that, anyway.

GM Kevin Colbert said at the owners' meetings the team is hitting the pause button on negotiations with Bell, certainly through free agency and probably through the draft. Even if Colbert didn't expressly say it, there is an idea here that the Steelers could draft a running back early as a potential replacement for Bell.

The news they are meeting with LSU running back Derrius Guice, via Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, is extremely interesting.
