Dinner- Beet Smoothie
Raw organic beet, red raspberries, few slices of apple, frozen pineapple chunks,fresh organic kale, fresh organic beet tops, raw flax seeds, stevia and spring water. Earlier today for lunch, had 2 slices organic veggie pizza—piled high with veggies. That's it. Maybe one Smore in an hour since chocolate counts as a fruit. :) 70 ozs spring water. |

Oh, yeah! I forgot. I had a handful of fresh blueberries for an appetizer.
