The only downside of that …

Would be the Chiefs having to play the Broncos in the divisional round. I’d like to play someone from outside the AFC West in the divisional round…

That’s how I see it. It’s hard to beat the same team three times in the same season and especially a division rival.

He’s not a QB you should worry about torching you with his arm if you have a healthy secondary.

Can you give me some evidence that he struggles in the cold?? Please??

Yeah I don’t get the “Allen struggles in the cold” line of thinking. He plays in Buffalo of all places. You can make that argument for Tua, just not Allen.

Amazing what a RB like Ty Johnson can do in the passing game. He’s their Jerrick McKinnon.

He’s made Josh Allen so much better in the passing game while Mahomes doesn’t have a RB with juice in the passing game like him. Perine is fine but he’s not as elusive as what we’ve had in previous years.

WTF?
You are concerned about Josh anytime.

Probably should share that with the same person who called out Mahomes for his “yearly limp”.

Best part about Allen flopping is that the guy is damn near DE size.

I mean he's like 6'5" 250 lbs and when someone touches him he acts like a scat back.

Oh well. All QBs try to sell calls these days because annoyingly, they get rewarded for it. But there's something especially funny about that tank of a human being doing it.

Perine would have similar impact if they'd, you know, get him the ball more.

Didn’t Cam Newton basically get the Shaq treatment by refs? Felt like teams could beat the shit out of him without getting called.

Can’t say I blame Allen too much. As a big dude, he won’t get those calls unless he sells for them.

Still looks like a bitch though.

This SOS is posted December 9. I didn't realize they had such a cakewalk ass season.

And WTF did Atlanta do to Goodell to deserve that? LOL

I'm no Newton fan. None at all. But them telling him "he hasn't earned that call" pisses me off infinitely to this day.

Eh, the Falcons drew IIRC, the NFC north and the AFCW so that was just a tough break.

But the Bills have 3 shit birds in their division this year and drew NFCW and AFCS.

Just a good setup.

He’s okay but he doesn’t have much juice. Not a surprise that the offense started going downhill when McKinnon got hurt/left after his awesome 2022 season.

Huge missing piece to our offense and a big reason Josh Allen is having success this year.

THIS ISN'T TRUE!!

Ty Johnson has 16 catches, 275 yards and 3 td's. 29 carries for 154 yards and 1 td.

Perine has 22 catches, 239 yards and 1 td. 17 carries for 82 yards and 1 td.

Most of Johnson's production has come in the last two games against weak defenses. Perine has consistently been a reliable 3rd down back for this team despite not even being in the system for long.

Mckinon was barely used in his first year with the Chiefs and then came alive in the playoffs. Perine could easily do the same imo. As for Johnson. Teams will key in on what he's doing now for sure. He barely runs the ball so the signs will be there.

Divisional snow game he struggled pretty bad against the Bengals. Divisional game last year against us he became a check down FB in probably the biggest game of his career. Not sure if that is from the cold or the pressure of the situation but he really only “torched” the Chiefs in the playoffs when our most critical piece went out.

I feel like Perine will be used quite a bit more in the playoffs, and should be an excellent option for Mahomes.
