I’d assume the same applies for KC losing to the Colts.

Doesn't really explain why your offense didn't do diddly against one of the worst defenses in the league. Looks to me like the entire 49ers offense was healthy enough to play, and still managed a mere 22 points against a Falcons defense that's ranked near the bottom in every category.

And SF played them in your own house? And got exposed by a 5-9 team that had just one offensive weapon?

No wonder you guys are trolling so hard in here.

They can franchise him, but they want that first year cap hit to try to bring back Byron Jones next year on the tag.

I think Jerry wants that separate QB cap. He knows paying Dak $35-40M will completely screw their team. Dak is not the kind of QB that is worth every penny of that salary. If Jerry is able to get what he wants on the QB cap, it will benefit the Chiefs (and Seattle) more than anyone.

9ers couldn’t do diddly poo on offense.

So like everyone has said.....we should be good at the edges....it’s the interior rush that will be the key.

New World Order 02-01-2020 01:45 PM

Protection doesnt even need to be great. Mahomes is the greatest of all-time at buying time and making plays. Just give him a little room to make throws/escape the pocket and we’ll light these assholes up.

Chiefs need to draft a Center next year. We have been weak up the middle since Hudson went to the Faiders.

DRM08 02-01-2020 01:48 PM

So what do y'all think of the crowd situation? From what I have seen on Twitter, it sounds like the Chiefs have a lot more people in Miami than the Niners. But the ticket allotment is identical for the teams and there is a big chunk of the crowd that is neutral (corporate stuff). I guess the Chiefs fans will have to find a way to buy tickets from the Niners allotment.

What a day tomorrow will be.

A sb win against the annoying alexsexuals and a Shanahan

It can’t get any better

Mitch Morse was an ideal center for us who was unfortunately a broke dick, but when he was healthy he was right there with Rodney Hudson.
Zach Fulton was a decent C and outstanding value for a 6th rd pick. He was slow, especially at G, but at C he was just a beast and was just fast enough to make it work.

I think we’ll be looking at similar players in rd 2. Gotta think that’s #1 on Veach’s list.

FPI predicts a Chiefs victory in 64.8% of its simulations by an average of 5 points. It is the heaviest favorite that FPI has predicted in a Super Bowl since the metric's inception in 2009.

I was never too impressed with Morse, he seemed to hold his ground but rarely got any push off the ball. Plus the concussion thing. Forgot about Fulton- yes he was better than Reiter IMO.

Maybe it is just me, but we seem soft up the middle. And that is a 49er strenth. I think Mahomes will be spending a lot of time outside the pocket on Sunday.

So now Tony wants to act like the Chiefs are his team....

Tony G is in the Ring of Honor- the Chiefs are his team.

Time to let all the bitterness go towards this guy. He has said nothing but great things about the fans. If we didn't have such a train wreck of a team at the time, he would have retired here. Tony is a Chief for life.
