Same thing with KU basketball... I always felt like the other schools always seemed intimidated by them. The dominant Big 12 programs kinda dished it out to the other schools. |
There are those who wish to continue to be ground under the Longhorn boot, and those who do not.
I'm tired of arguing with the "Stay in the Big XII, it'll be okaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay" crowd. |

the only question is about where the Big 12 teams end up and do some of them move together. personally i say good riddance ... as long as KU ends up in a BCS conference and is treated like a valued member of their new conference. It would be nice if A&M or TT ends up in the new conference with KU but that's only because i want to keep that state's recruiting open for KU, not because i give a shit whether i play another school from Texas again. as for MU/KSU, color me ambivalent :shrug good luck and well .... bye http://i37.tinypic.com/219ubn6.jpg |

If you go to a new conference and get your ass beat it's not gonna matter much what happened in your old conference. I imagine KU will be pretty much the same as before ... upper in basketball and lower in football. how much upper and how much lower will just have play out |
Anyone else think it's ironic that the state of Kansas could join something called the "Mountain" West?

OK. I'm not reading 5400 posts. Anyone care to recap what happened?
