If Andy is sayin "he's looking really good" he's playing.

I can't believe after this season and all the injuries we've had that outside of Rice, we're going into this game as locked and loaded as we could be.

And Rice was essentially replaced with Hopkins, which is a step down but doesn’t kill us by any stretch.

The Pacheco injury was a blessing in disguise, because we likely wouldn’t have Hunt otherwise. Now, we have both.

Yeah I would hate for his first live game action in three months to be the AFC Championship game which ultimately may crown the Super Bowl winner.

Let him get out there and get a feel for playoff speed again in a contest where a big mistake may not even matter to the outcome.

Hindsight but man did we catch a break not flipping picks for Lattimore. Watson came back when it mattered and Lattimore has either been injured or getting his ass kicked since becoming a Skin.

Man I love Watson. The type of role player who makes the key difference in those critical playoff games.

RIGHT????

Dude hasn't played a down and while the defense took a massive step back, overall it didn't end up costing us any games, just some yards and a few TD's here and there.

Williams actually played pretty well once he was put in place of Johnson. So this defense SHOULD be prime ASF for the AFCCG.

Andy said Watson will play but admits he likely can't play the full game.

Good enough for me! Be ready to shut someone down in the AFC Championship game!

That is about what we all expected I think

Third downs and red zone.

Texans aren't gonna be taking a lot of shot plays in this game.

Let's be more humble than this guys. Yes we're the favourites but I'm taking nothing for granted. They have a good QB, a number one WR, a decent TE, a good RB and a defense that can get sacks and takeaways. So let's not lose sight of the challenge ahead here.

Make it stop

Its a month until the super bowl. If he can adequately get his toes wet this week and work a little more next week I think he could be nearly full go by the super bowl. Pacheco came back earlier than expected and pretty much was himself from the get go. DB is a different animal I know but it makes me optimistic that we can be almost full tilt.

Wait, are you talking about the Texans? Nobody cares about them. They are a bug to be squashed on our way to more meaningful games.

Nonsense.

If the Chiefs lose Saturday, it will be the most disappointing piss of an effort in the Reid/Mahomes era. It’s not happening.

Belief in the KC Chief!

The Texans are just a nuisance en route to the Arrowhead Invitational being played NEXT weekend.

Rainbarrel 01-15-2025 09:08 AM

Mahomes, Kelce, Jones, Winchester and probably more. Going to a seventh consecutive AFCCG is a bigger obstacle than the Texans as a team
