I was very fond of Deion Sanders the baseball player (and football too, for that matter). It was pretty badass how he modified the Cincinnati Reds uniforms for a blend of old school and new school. And then, how the rest of the team followed suit in order to avoid MLB intervening with uniform rules and fines.

That's not how it works.

Just about any default judgment can be set aside if you have a meritorious defense. He very obviously doesn't.

Courts don't like default judgments and will pretty freely set them aside.
