Exactly, there was nothing jaw dropping about his performance. The game plan was to let it fly, the Colts pass defense is pathetic on every level.

Cause it's not actually '3rd place' unless all teams have played an equal amount of games.

I enjoyed watching Foles more than I ever enjoyed watching Smith.


Oh I take that back. I more enjoyed watching Smith when he played for the 9ers his rooky season and we beat them 41-O with Damon Huard at quarterback. That was an incredible beat down at Arrowhead I got to go to. Fun fun fun day.


I mean Smith has been playing above average this season (at times) but I think Foles with proper preparation could take over this offense and have better success.

You need to watch more football before getting all excited about a player that was given up on by two other teams. Niners got two picks for Smith, what exactly was Foles worth when he switched teams?

Of course it is. Just like all other sports. KC's winning percentage is less than the others, hence their 3rd place in the division. Oakland is technically in 2nd place due to tiebreakers.

Dude we gave up a near first round pick for Matt Cassel and inked him to a 62 million dolla deal. He must have been awesome!

Which point are we discussing? Whether KC is literally in 3rd place or whether they are sitting in a great spot. If it's the latter, I agree. Still doesn't change my point, which wasn't meant to be a big deal, that KC is not atop the division.

Shut up Bob. My eyeball test today was good for me to enjoy watching Foles and I'm not even a fan of Foles. If IF Foles can play well and do better than Alex Smith then isn't that a bonus for us?


I still want to draft a QBotf regardless of what Foles does short of us winning a Super Bowl but I can live with Foles competing with a first round draft pick.
