Looking at the standings the As have an astounding +100 run differential now. The next highest is +53 (San Fran) and +45 (Halos)

The sad thing is... this team doesn't need those guys to be 40 HR boppers to be good. It doesn't even really need them to hit 30 HR apiece. It needs 20 HR and 40 2B or so each, all numbers they're quite capable of producing.

I can't really say for Gordon or Butler, but I've mentioned several times that Hosmer's stance is what's keeping him from hitting homers.
