Which is more difficult the younger ones, that act in the way only kids can, or the older ones who still act the same, but should know better?

Ok. I'm currently replacing all the ugly painted pine baseboards with new stained oak baseboards in casa numero uno. Oh, and replacing the cheap, painted interior doors with wood.

Tomorrow I am meeting with an architect to talk about designs for the addition/ remodel on casa numero dos.

I think I'd prefer the younger. For me anyway, it would be easier to get their attention. Some teenager shows me attitude, and I might have a problem. I tend to give attitude right back. But, then again, I'm not a teacher.
