I don't watch other promotions so I don't know if this is common throughout wrestling but does anyone get tired of them spamming kick out's of finishers? What is the ****ing point of a finisher if in these big matches they kick out all the time?

Finishers have been completely devalued.

I miss the old days in that regard. Guys used to actually build up a finisher, so kicking out was a big deal.

Cena should remake his WM39 entrance with the Make A Wish Kids, but have them stuck outside the stadium this time.

Heel Cena is ruthless.

Before you crown Charlotte as being a team player remind yourself that she is older now and doesn't have the pull she used to when she was younger...she can still carry a match but the Flair name doesn't have the aura it used to.

She...to me...is like Becky Lynch. They are both past their prime but can still put on a good show. I could see a Tiffany loss to Charlotte in the near future only to lose it back to Stratton.

But with so many good young female wrestlers in the roster Charlotte's days of holding a title a long time are over.

Her best role is being a heel that puts over the younger talent.

I don't see them doing that....making Cena a heel was easy but a stunt like you are suggesting would leave a really bad taste in people's mouth and be a tasteless stunt.

I've learned to accept it Seth absolutely no selling the GTS near the end last night to transition into the ending they strongly hinted was coming was pretty weak. Rollins and Paul is such a goofy pairing. No way it works long term.

Not even a workhorse like Gunther could carry Uso. He sucks so much in the ring. Also was totally incoherent at his thing later.

Charlotte did her best to carry Tiffany but she can't. Bad match.

From there the only match that went over 10 minutes was Knight and Fatu, which didn't make it to 11.

The other two matches might as well been on Smackdown.

Less than 2 total hours of wrestling on a 4 hour 'PPV'

Ads in your face, ads on the mat, turn buckles, tables, side table, everywhere. Now they just need body suits sponsored by Blue Chew to be full on NASCAR.

Yeah, that was a really shitty first night. Almost no spectacle. Was just a generic PLE in a stadium. Even the worst Wrestlemanias in the past had SOMETHING that made it stand out compared to the rest of the PPVs.

Rollins and Heyman is so silly....whoever thought of that should be fired...silly pairing.

I already posted earlier i thought the Gunther/Jey Uso pairing was just bad for WM.

Never understood the Charlotte and Tiffany match save for Charlotte putting over a weak Tiffany reign.

The main event saved the show, honestly.

I'm expecting night 2 to be better.

Jey is fine as a mid card act. He is simply not main event material.

Also I wasn't crowning Charlotte a team player. I just hate when people have this hogan overreaction to wrestlers not "deserving" to be in the title picture. It was obvious once we knew charlotte would face Tiffany that her winning the rumble was about giving her a worthy opponent. Someone that could attempt to drag a decent match out of her.

I only hated the finish. The rest was acceptable. You can't have Tiffany kick out of a super natural selection and then win by a moonsault. Have charlotte land the move but tweak her knee. By the time she crawls over for the pin, Tiffany has recovered enough to kick out.

This goes with the whole finishers don't matter anymore. Basically what they've taught us is the best way to win a match is by attacking a Wrestler's most vulnerable area...their back. Stab them in the back and they are too shocked or heartbroken to kick out. Thrown through a table and take a finisher...kick out. But your friend turns on you and you're down for the count.

I hated jey taking a belt shot to the head and kicking out. Weapons used to end matches. I blame hardcore matches and ecw for that nonsense. I'm just ranting now. I enjoyed most of the show.
